2011 Rosey Rules & Regulations

ENTRY DEADLINE

Call for entries have begun. Final deadline is October 31st, 2011, by 5pm. Submit your entries online via this website between September 29th — October 31st.

ELIGIBILITY

Work produced in Oregon, published, posted, or aired for the first time between June 1, 2010, and May 31, 2011 (except in “Lost Concepts” category). Work previously submitted for a Rosey Award is not eligible. Incomplete entries may be disqualified. No entries will be accepted after October 31st, at 5pm.

Your entry must be legitimate. It must be real work created for a client with real marketing objectives in or on real media. No creating fake work to win an award. All entries must be submitted digitally via this web site to be eligible for consideration.

All entries must have a title separate from the client name. It is the responsibility of the entrant, not PAF or the judges, to know specifically what work is submitted by each agency.

JUDGING

Judging procedures will be determined at the discretion of the Portland Advertising Federation in collaboration with members of the creative community. A panel of nationally respected professionals will perform the judging. Individual judges will be responsible for selecting their own winners based on criteria established by the judging panel and PAF. Judges may choose not to present an award in some categories or conversely, multiple awards may be presented. Misclassified submissions may be moved to more appropriate categories at the discretion of the Rosey judges. Meet The Amazing Adjudicators.

AWARDS

There are three levels of awards: A Rosey for top honors, an Award of Excellence and an Award of Merit. The judges will collaboratively pick one Best of Show winner from all the entries.

FEES & PAYMENT

Prices will be charged per entry based on current PAF member status.

You can either pay online via credit card (using PayPal) or by check. Checks must be payable to the Portland Advertising Federation in the exact amount of all work entered at the time of entry. You may continue to add entries until Friday, October 31st, 2011.
Payment must accompany all entries to be considered during the judging period.
