::: WELCOME TO THE 2009 ROSEY AWARDS :::

Thank you for taking the time to enter the 2009 Rosey Awards – the only award show that matters. We look forward to celebrating the best work our creative community has to offer.

Before you get started, make sure you’ve reviewed the Entry Guidelines. You’ll also want to make sure your entries have unique titles and that you have all the necessary accreditations (who worked on the project) that you want to include on hand.

The entry process has been updated this year, so here is what you can expect once you hit the ENTER NOW button below:

PAF MEMBERSHIP STATUS: Tell us if you are entering as a PAF member or non-member.

CATEGORIES: For each entry registration, select the quantity of each you’d like to enter in the appropriate category. NOTE: You may enter a piece of work in more than one category, but you must submit a separate sample of the piece, separate entry form and entry fee each time the piece is entered.

ENTRY DETAILS + CREDITS: For each entry, fill in the TITLE (choose a title that is different or in addition to the client name), DESCRIPTION, FIRM NAME, CLIENT NAME and any additional information as necessary. Scroll down the page and complete this information for each entry.

PAYMENT TOTAL: Review your entry’s total cost and complete your billing/contact information. All entry fees must be by check made payable to the Portland Advertising Federation for the total entry fee. NOTE: Payment should be in a separate envelope and must accompany all entries to be considered during the judging period.

RECEIPT: Once your order is confirmed, you must print out the receipt page, trim out each entry summary and affix to the corresponding entry submission.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION: You will receive an email confirming your entry and associated fees. Please include a copy of this email, along with a check for your exact entry fee, made out to Portland Advertising Federation.

To complete your entry registration, you must drop off your entry and payment to Jamie at the Portland Advertising Federation offices (520 SW Yamhill, Suite #800, Portland, Oregon 97204) between July 13-15th. NOTE: You must call Jamie at 503-224-2623 if you need to arrange another time to drop off your entry. No entries accepted after July 15th at 5pm.
